PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS

We sell individually listed refurbished and pre-owned devices. Each device is checked before sale, but products may show reasonable signs of previous use as described in the listing. Please read the title, description, condition, storage capacity, colour, battery information and inclusions before purchasing.

Product images may be stock or representative images. The written product listing and its stated condition are the primary description of the specific device offered.

ORDERS, PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are in Australian dollars. Devices are individually listed and availability is limited. If there is an obvious pricing error, listing error or an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss a correction, replacement, store credit or refund.

6-MONTH DEVICE WARRANTY

All refurbished devices include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery or collection. The warranty covers faults arising from parts or workmanship under normal intended use. Warranty claims require inspection before a remedy is issued.

The warranty does not cover accidental, physical or liquid damage; unauthorised repairs or modifications; misuse; software or account issues; normal wear and tear; or faults caused by third-party accessories or services.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Our change-of-mind return policy, including the 14-day return period and 10% restocking fee for approved change-of-mind returns, is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Our dispatch and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

CUSTOMER DATA AND DEVICE ACCESS

Before returning or submitting a device to us, you should back up your data, remove your personal information and sign out of iCloud/Find My iPhone, Google and other device accounts. Essential Tech Repairs is not responsible for data loss during assessment, repair or return handling.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms, our Refund & Returns Policy or our Warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply in addition to the voluntary 6-month warranty.
